Acting Second Lieutenant Thoranin Sujjaviriyasup, Ph.D., is a associate professor of industrial engineering at department of logistics engineering, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC). He has joined the UTCC since April, 2015. Formerly, he graduated with bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. Afterward, he obtained master's degree in statistics from Kasetsart University. In 2014, he obtained doctor of philosophy in industrial engineering from Khon Kaen University (KKU). His research focuses on hybrid forecasting techniques, which take advantages of each model to reduce drawbacks of one other. His articles concerning hybrid forecasting models have been accepted for publication in journals that are indexed in either ISI, SCOPUS, or TCI. For his computer skills, he is a person who loves to exploit R programming language in order to develop the novel models and also to use R for statistical analyses due to its GNU General Public License. Moreover, he is trained to employ SAS and SAS macro for database management and statistical analysis as well.
